Want height?

Want height?

Well i did i was always wondering what could i possibly do to grow or even just look taller now that i had stopped growing and i was not happy with my height. I searched on the internet and luckily enough i found a kind of ingenious way to look and be taller... I was able to get 1-3 inches taller thanks to height increasing insoles.

I know this may sound a bit "salesy" so far this blog post and I apologize I just wanted to tell you all about them that is all as these insoles can benefit a lot of people giving them more height and above all else more confidence too.

Well that it really what more can i say apart from the insoles are comfortable, are not heavy and bulky to wear..... hidden no one can guess you have these lifts in and im a lot more confident thanks to them.

Plantar fasciitis insoles

How growing taller is made possible with some heel lifts

How to improve your eyesight

"Your eyesight is a precious gift" So you need to look after your eyesight but how? and how can I improve it?
In this article i will hopefully answer a couple of these questions.

With the help of pinhole glasses it is now possible to train your eyes to see more clearly  Wearing pinhole glasses is a bit like a workout for your eyes, but it takes no effort.
Your eyes have muscles that are constantly changing shape to help focus the light that enables you to see more clearly  Overtime as you get older these muscles will weaken this results in these eye muscles not being able to do the tasks they are meant to as effectively  But like all muscles you can strengthen them and combat the effect ageing has on them. Simply by wearing pinhole glasses while doing tasks that you might be doing anyway like watching tv you can enhance your eyesight and also make sure that eye problems that can occur in later life don't.
There aren't that many ways to improve your eye sight except from wearing glasses, contact lenses, surgery and these but the others just mask the problems and are just a quick fix and don't actually do anything to improve the eye muscles and eyesight!
Pinhole glasses help you took look after your eyesight, people go running to stay fit so why dont people wear try to keep there eyes healthy as well?

How to run faster sport and running insoles can have major impact.

Is it possible to get a quick fix to increase you running speed? Obviously if you are wanting to to run faster you need to train hard, To run faster you must not just focus on running for long periods (endurance) but power, in essence you want power... power to get to where you are wanting to go as fast as you can!

How to run properly

Making sure that you have proper running posture as you run is vital. The proper posture shall help to ease pressure that can build up on your shoulders and even your neck. This will not only help to improve your running but can also prove to prevent muscle fatigue as well.

You should feel as relaxed as possible whilst you run. That is the idea.. but don't slouch.. remember good posture at all times.

Here are a few tips

Ensure that you stand tall with you neck and head held high. What may help is if you where to think as as though your are are hanging by a rope and its the rope is attached to your head. What you shouldn't do is lean you head forward, also having your head and neck to far backwards can also cause problems too.

You may also want to focus on something ahead of you around forty or so feet away from you. Try not to look down as you run as this will put greater pressure and tension on your neck and back muscles which may cause damage.

Make sure every part of your body even including your face is relaxed.

Shoulders at all times should be parallel to the floor, relaxed and loosely forward is best.

Did you know that the way your arms and hands move and are when you run are equally significant as your legs for running.
Your arms are what will help you drive the power and speed needed for you to go faster.

Make sure your wrists are relaxed and with no tension.
Have your elbow at a 90 degree angle with them pointing a bit out from your body.  When you run and your arms start to pump they should be swinging between your waist and chest no where else.

Having you arms to high up can have disadvantages such as reduced stride lengths and you may find you wil get tireder faster.

Make sure when  you arms are pumping that they don't cross over to the other half of you body.

These are just a few of the many techniques you can use to improve your running.

Shoe lifts! a secrete way not many people know about to appear taller!

For if you looking to grow or appear to grow taller all i can suggest is you should buy some shoe lifts... I say "all i can suggest" as though it's nothing any good but maybe i shouldn't have phrased it like that instead what i should of said was something like "cool i know how to grow taller!
